Icon Semi Matte Lipstick Refill

Flip the case vertically to slide out the bullet base, making sure not to insert it without a lipstick fill attached. Remove the cap from your lipstick shade fill and attach it to the bullet base until it clicks, then twist the bullet all the way down. Insert the bullet-first into the case and pop it into place, then twist the base to the left to lift the bullet and apply. To refill, twist the bullet all the way down, pull the old lipstick fill upward to detach it, remove the cap from the new fill, attach it to the bullet base until it clicks, twist the bullet down, insert bullet-first into the case, pop it into place, and twist the base to lift and apply
